Use an oil based primer to cover whatever is still there. Then you can paint over it with the latex. Do not just paint without the primer, because it WILL peel off or at least seep through the paint and make it spotty.Have to paint house with latex paint previousely a - mix of linseed oil %26amp;coloring agent used?
Use the most expensive primer you can find or your paint will be toast. Kelly Moore #255 should work, and consider two coats of primer.
