If I am repainting a wall with latex paint, how long does it usually take to dry with good ventilation?

If it is a good paint it should be ';dry to the touch'; with in an hour or so. But you shouldn't put anything against it or hang anything on it for at least 24 hours. If I am repainting a wall with latex paint, how long does it usually take to dry with good ventilation?
if its dry to the eye, run your hand on it. if it still feels cool and moist, maybe a bit tacky then it will still take about an hour to dry (especially if you're going to recoat). the paint wont cure for days, however, and darker thicker paints take longer to dry and cure.

The website you linked to indicates that the paint is water soluble:

Therefore, it is latex and should be okay. Any fumes have the potential to be harmful, but latex is certainly less harmful than oil would be.Is this paint latex or oil? Is it safe for pregnant women?
latex is water based, and is safe.

Oil paint has harmful fumes and is not safe for pg. women.

I have not heard of the paint you listed.
Remember all oil base paints are harmful. That's why it is being discontinued here in calif. Also water base paint is only safe for pregnant women if it is odorless or does not contain EG.
It is latex. You can tell by the wash up procedures.
