I've seen latex paint bubble and peel off the wooden molding because the walls were absorbent sheet rock and the molding had obviously been formerly painted with oil-based enamel. What causes paint to bubble when painting latex paint on newly primed walls?
It sounds like you used oil-based primer. Latex will not stick to a surface where oil-based was used ahead of it. Well, it will stick, but not well. What causes paint to bubble when painting latex paint on newly primed walls?
