Does anyone know what will take white latex paint off hardwood flooring?

You have to be careful with this, because with the right amount of ANY solvent, you can actually eat away at the sealants in your wood floor, assuming you have any.

Try this, it will amaze you:

Simply lightly wring out a wet rag and drape it right on the paint. Within probably five minutes, the latex will have absorbed enough water to simply slide off, leaving no marks on the wood and leaving the finish intact. I used this technique after repainting windows near a staircase and it saved lots of time and hassle.

Try some stuff called goo-gone. It worked for my roommate when she got it all over the trimming of our rental house! You can find it places like Home Depot.Does anyone know what will take white latex paint off hardwood flooring?
Try rubbing alcohol, you might even have some in your med. cabinet.
Any good hardware or lumber retailer will sell a product called Goof Off. It will even revove paint that has been there for years but it won't harm your floor's finish.
