I found this tip on Yahoo Answers and it really works. Rub Pine-sol on the stained area, then wash as usual. The paint comes right out. Mr. Clean also works but not as well as Pine-sol.What is the best way to get latex paint out of your clothes?
Latex paint is water based so you should be able to just rinse out with water ( if the paint is fresh) or throw the clothes in the washer and wash on hot. This may take a few times if the paint is dried on your clothes.
Scratch at the paint with your fingernail to get all the major spots off. Then scrub with dish soap and a hard brush to get the smaller stuff off. If they don't come clean after that, they are stained and probably won't come off.
