What's the best way to get latex paint out of a black persons' hair?

Help! My wife has gotten paint on her hair! Does anyone have any tips on ho to get it out? She's black, with straightened hair. It's a little brittle sometimes, so we don't want anything too rough. Help! What's the best way to get latex paint out of a black persons' hair?
If the hair is dry take a fine tooth comb and gently comb through it. It should come out. If that doesn't work you might be able to try to put some olive oil on the hair. Just put some in the hand and rub it through the hair and then do the first thing I said with the comb.Gentle in sections starting from underneath first working your way up the hair. What's the best way to get latex paint out of a black persons' hair?
You might want to call a beautician on this one especially if she has chemically (relaxed) or heat straightened hair. If her hair is relaxed than it is already in a weakened condition and you don't want to put anything in it that will severely damage her relaxed hair.
Vegetable oil will remove latex paint off your skin so it will probably also remove it from hair.

Try putting some through her hair and comb it with a large tooth comb so it won't hurt.

Then after it's all out wash the oil out.
Latex is water based, have her wash her hair in the normal manner.
